Frequently asked questions
Can I change what's in the layout/quotation?
Yes. The initial 2D Plan / Quotation is just a starting point. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide which equipment you want, the models, and the budget changes. What's important is that it's a good starting point moving forward.
My room is smaller than 50 m², Can you still help?
Yes, though be realistic about what fits. Between 30 and 50 m² you get maximum 6 - 10 pieces, which is about half a complete gym. We will tell you which half is worth having.
What's the warranty?
For most of our equipment, five years on frames, and one year on parts and labour. Consumables, things like belts, cables, grips, upholstery are 6-month to a year, depending on case by case. Some common spare parts are in stock, while big components will need time to be replaced.
What happens after the first year of service?
Semi-annual maintenance is included through the first year. After that, you can renew a long-term maintenance contract with us. It's roughly 2-3% of your project budget per year, generally.
What happens when something breaks?
Normally, with each project, we will be communicating in a shared Telegram Group. This is your main point of contact before, during and after install. Problems can be dropped in the group. Normal response time is within 3-7 days.
